Universal Spiritual Bridging services

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Spiritual Bridging Sessions

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Service

Spiritual Bridging sessions are spiritual, intuitive and coaching-based services.

They are not a substitute for:

Medical advice
Psychological therapy
Financial advice
Legal advice

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the Australian Consumer Law:

Services must be provided with due care and skill
Services must be reasonably fit for their stated purpose

If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to remedies under the ACL.

However, due to the nature of spiritual and coaching services, results cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment

Payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are in AUD.
Payment plans must be honoured as agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours may result in forfeited session unless due to emergency.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You are participating voluntarily.
You remain responsible for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
You will seek professional medical or psychological support when necessary.

Process payments

4. Confidentiality

All session content is treated as private and confidential.

We will not share your information unless:

Required by law
There is a serious risk of harm to you or others
You provide written consent

5. Data Storage

Your information is stored securely via password-protected systems (e.g. WIX & Calendly booking platforms, email, secure digital files).

6. Access & Correction
